Job Summary
Implement a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy. Maintain a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class while communicating regularly with parents in person and through technology. Assist in the implementation of the curriculum designed to meet or exceed NAEYC standards, focusing on health, safety, and developmentally sound materials for young children.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years of age
- At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) months of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility
