Job Summary
Assist Preschool Lead Teacher in a collaborative classroom to guide daily routines, support play-based learning, and build strong relationships with children and families. Contribute to a safe, welcoming environment where curiosity and exploration are encouraged; participate in training as needed and support a team focused on meaningful, age-appropriate learning moments for children aged preschool. Must be at least 21, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be eligible to work in a licensed early learning setting. 25–29 hours per week; compensation approximately $20.90–$22.17 per hour DOE/DOQ, with benefits including training, sick/vacation accrual, paid closure days, and access to a 401(k).
