Job Summary
Assistant Teacher to support Lead Teacher, deliver daily lessons using Frog Street curriculum; assist with caregiving duties, maintain a clean and organized classroom, manage behavior, supervise children, foster relationships with students and families, ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma required
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Must pass all required background checks and meet DECAL requirements
- A team-player attitude with a love for working with children
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay actively engaged throughout the day
