Job Summary
Support purchasing and inventory decisions for assigned product categories across retail stores, website, and roadshows by planning and tracking inventory levels, creating and monitoring purchase orders, and analyzing sales and inventory data to identify trends. Communicate with vendors to maintain strong relationships, maintain web product information accuracy, and assist with data entry, reporting, and product setup. Research new products, brands, and western industry trends while supporting sales forecasting and inventory planning. Requires hands-on horse experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong organizational skills. This office-based role involves occasional lifting up to 20 pounds and is non-exempt.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on horse experience

- Working knowledge of common western tack and horse equipment
- Experience in any western discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
