Job Summary
Assist the Swim Team Director in providing quality instructional training and coaching to program participants in a part-time role at the Coffman YMCA. Responsibilities include designing training plans, supervising swimmers, managing meet entries, and ensuring safety during practices and competitions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Certification in CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer
- First Aid certification
- Current Lifeguard certification recommended
- Twelve months or more of related experience
- Quality knowledge of competitive swimming organizations, strokes, starts, turns, and other related skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Team Unify software platform
