Job Summary
Assist Swim Teachers to deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and are achieving their goals. Communicate with children’s parents/guardians about development and advise on progression. Help supervise the swimming pool and surrounds to maintain safety and discipline. Provide support to learners and participate in training and development opportunities. Flexible working hours, paid annual leave, and a benefits package are offered. Level 1 Swim Teaching qualification and Enhanced DBS check are required. A friendly, customer-focused approach and good communication skills are essential.
