Job Summary
Sustainability Assistant (Part Time) in Hong Kong to support the sustainability team by reviewing, organizing, and managing vendor certification documents, verifying certifications for compliance, and maintaining a systematic digital filing and tracking system for all certification documents. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or related field; strong attention to detail; English and Mandarin proficiency; MS Office skills; ability to work independently or in a team; interest in sustainability and supply chain transparency. Location: San Po Kong, Hong Kong.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in sustainability practices and supply chain transparency is preferred
