Assistant Surveyor to Surveyor

Manage a cross section of commercial property types by handling tenant liaison, formal landlord and tenant matters, and day-to-day maintenance coordination with building and facilities managers. Set and manage operating service charge budgets across London region assets while monitoring income and overseeing credit control alongside accounting personnel. Assist in producing monthly and quarterly client reports and attend client meetings as part of the central London Real Estate Management team. Work under the mentorship of senior colleagues to deliver a full suite of property management services to investors, property companies, and institutions.
