Job Summary
The Assistant Supervisor is responsible for staff training, mentoring, and supervision of 5-15 direct reports. Key responsibilities include ensuring the health, safety, and habilitation of those supported, providing program oversight, maintaining compliance with NYS regulations, and advocating for individuals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and maintain open communication with families and staff. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility in schedule, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Ability to learn/use Workforce Management software
