Assistant Supervisor - Security Officers

Oversee Security Officers on the assigned shift, provide input and recommendations, participate in hiring and training of Security Officers, assist with staff appraisals and timekeeping, perform routine security functions as needed, manage emergency responses, operate a two-way radio, enforce Mayo Clinic policies, prepare incident reports/logs, and assist with evacuations when required. Must adapt to stressful situations, work nights and weekends, and may be required to carry a taser. Demonstrates Mayo Clinic values and collaborates with emergency responders as part of the team.
