Job Summary
Assistant Supervisor – Receiving oversees inbound freight and the receiving process, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely completion while supervising the Receiving team and monitoring Forklift Driver performance. Responsibilities include unload coordination, process-improvement participation, ongoing development and safety of associates, sanitation and housekeeping, adherence to GMP and SOP for rotation/receiving/warehousing, timely reporting, and recommending process improvements. Requires ability to work in a cold and wet environment, strong teamwork, and proficiency with AS 400 and Excel. Bilingual English/Spanish and/or English/Polish is a plus; 1-4 years of Receiving experience and a High School Diploma are preferred. Schedule is Monday to Saturday, 3:30 pm – 1:30 am; location: Streamwood, IL. Must maintain regular attendance and conform to food quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work in a cold (34 degrees F) and wet environment
- AS 400 and Excel proficiency
- Bilingual English/Spanish and/or English/Polish
- Food industry experience a plus
