Job Summary
The Assistant Supervisor PT is responsible for the direct implementation of ABA treatment programs for patients with Autism Spectrum Disorders, providing mid-level supervision and direct therapy. This role includes overseeing the delivery and data collection of ABA procedures, assisting in the implementation of individualized programs, and providing clinical feedback to Behavior Technicians. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain HIPAA compliance are essential. Must have a BCAT or RBT credential and relevant educational background with practical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) Credential
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Bachelor’s Degree with 12 units of ABA and 1 year experience OR a bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience OR a master’s degree with the appropriate experience
- Experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services
- Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance
