Job Summary
Lead and inspire a team of Show Ambassadors in delivering exemplary guest service while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include training and developing team members, maintaining park cleanliness, conducting safety checks, and managing guest interactions. Successful candidates should have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle physical demands of the role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to complete provided CPR/AED training/certification
- Ability to be trained and certified at all attractions
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend and stoop to assist in cleaning the park
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to walk in sand
- Ability to assist in ride testing by riding all park rides
- Three full days of open availability
- Availability to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours
Desired Qualifications
- Possession or pursuit of a bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent computer skills, ability to work multiple selling systems preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortability speaking in front of large groups of guests and ambassadors
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
