Assistant Supervisor

Job Summary
Assist with restaurant operations and alcohol program, support training and development of service staff, manage guest experience across dine-in, carry-out, delivery, and events; assist with oversight of costs, pricing and profitability; ensure legal beverage operations and compliance for locations serving alcohol; collaborate with District Manager and Supervisor to ensure high-quality food and beverage management, staff training, and customer service while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs and policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- College-level classes in Management, Accounting or Business-Related field of study preferred
- Minimum Two (2) Years working in Food and Beverage in a management capacity
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the management of employees
- Minimum 2 years working experience with Legal Beverages with emphasis in beverage costs, inventory controls, policies and standard in accordance with state laws
- Demonstrated computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships
- Demonstrated professional demeanor and communication skills
- Knowledge of SOPs and safety/health training requirements
- Age 21 protocols knowledge
- Training and development experience
- Inventory and cost/profitability oversight
