Job Summary
Assistant Supervisor responsible for supporting restaurant operations and alcohol management, ensuring exceptional dining experiences across dine-in, carry-out, delivery, events and catering; assists in training service staff, maintaining clean, safe environments, managing costs and profitability, and ensuring compliance with beverage policies and ServSafe certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- College-level classes in Management, Accounting or Business-Related field preferred
- Minimum Two (2) Years working in Food and Beverage in a management capacity
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the management of employees
- Minimum 2 years working experience with Legal Beverages with emphasis on beverage costs, inventory controls, policies and standard in accordance with state laws
- Demonstrated computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Demonstrated customer service experience and ability to address public concerns professionally
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with employees
- Demonstrated professional demeanor and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to apply strategic business logic under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
