Job Summary
Oversee restaurant operations under District Manager, assist with staff training and development, and ensure an exceptional dining experience across dine-in, carry-out, delivery, and event services. Maintain high quality of food and service while supporting oversight of costs, pricing and profitability. Help ensure legal beverage operations and compliance, train staff on marketing and daily specials, manage inventory and beverage costs, and uphold Safe Food handling practices. Foster customer service excellence, address guest concerns professionally, and ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum Two (2) Years working in Food and Beverage in a management capacity
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the management of employees
- Minimum 2 years working experience with Legal Beverages with emphasis in beverage costs, inventory controls, policies and standard in accordance with state laws
- Demonstrated knowledge of Food and Beverage and Legal Beverages operations
- Demonstrated experience with stocking/inventory, costs vs. sales/profits, and security controls
- Demonstrated computer skills with Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to apply strategic business logic under pressure
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
