Assistant Supervisor

Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) procedures directly with patients across the CARD center, schools, and community settings. Oversee delivery and data collection of ABA procedures while assisting in the design of individualized treatment programs. Provide top-quality supervision of cases and behavior technicians, delivering feedback through training processes, team meetings, and data reviews. Report regularly on patient progress, maintain HIPAA compliance, and assist supervisors with administrative tasks such as report writing and skills account management. Set and meet performance goals for case quality and administrative duties while attending required trainings and minimizing cancellations. This salaried, exempt full-time position requires a Board Certified Autism Technician or Registered Behavior Technician credential and offers mentorship leading to a permanent supervisor role.
