Job Summary
Clean open routes, identify and resolve minor immediate issues regarding safety, cleaning, equipment, supplies, employees, and customers, and complete approved customer requests while maintaining FMS standards. Train cleaners, leads, and flex cleaners; coach and motivate employees; recognize job well done; and lead cleaning through difficult situations with a steady, calm presence. Verify cleaning completion, report injuries, and communicate safety, cleaning, supply, equipment, and personal needs to the supervisor daily. Follow FMS safety policies, secure areas as required, and clock in/out using the time tracking system for all shifts. Lift up to 40 lbs, carry items under 20 lbs, and work in noisy, warm, or chilly environments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Some College
- Lift, push or pull objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Carry items under 20 lbs.
- Squat, bend, stoop, and reach
- Perform overhead reaching
- Perform repetitive arm and hand movements for long periods of time
- Walk distances over 100 yds. for long periods of time
- Work in noisy environments
- Work in warm and/or chilly environments
- Work outside for brief intervals
- Fill out simple paperwork
- 2nd Shift, Weekends
