Assistant Supervisor 2 - Residential

Monitor, evaluate, and provide direction to program staff while intervening in crises and ensuring appropriate rehabilitative services are delivered. Maintain case records in compliance with all applicable standards, submit required monthly and quarterly reports, and provide orientation to new staff and consumers. Participate in admission and discharge processes, attend staff meetings, and assume supervisor duties during absences. Represent the agency with service providers and maintain regular contact with individuals receiving services. Complete required training and development activities while ensuring all policies, procedures, and government regulations are followed.
