Job Summary
Assist Site Superintendent on construction projects across western and northern Canada, supervising and coordinating field activities, inspecting progress, and reporting to the Site Superintendent. Manage subcontractor activities, ensure workmanship meets quality standards and stays on schedule, participate in team and trade-partner meetings, and assist with scheduling adjustments, daily reports, and safety documentation. Requires 5+ years of construction experience with at least two years in a supervisory role, Journeyperson certificate or equivalent, proficiency with Procore and Outbuild scheduling software, and relevant safety certifications. Travel to sites in BC, Yukon, and occasionally the Northwest Territories; in-person work with long rotations and housing/perks listed by employer.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction experience
- at least two years in a supervisory role
- Journeyperson certificate or equivalent industry related experience and/or education
- Procore and Outbuild scheduling software experience
- MS Office 365 familiarity
- Leadership for Safety Excellence, Workplace Investigation Basics, Fall protection, WHMIS 2015, Elevated Work Platform, and Level 1 First Aid certifications
