Job Summary
Coordinate work for all Ryan employees, subcontractors, and project management to ensure on-time, on-budget completion. Administer project safety per company policies, develop job-specific hazard analyses, and enforce the site safety manual. Manage subcontractor performance, read blueprints to direct personnel, and engage in quality control practices. Develop and track CPM computer-generated schedules while understanding and managing the construction budget. Assist with material procurement and work efficiently and independently. Verify employment eligibility and complete required union training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and subsequent random and post-accident drug and alcohol testing
- Successful completion of union-required training programs, or equivalent
- Valid documentation
- Must be able to remain calm during stressful situations and work through any challenges or issues that may arise
- Must be able to know when to ask for help when a job task exceeds their skills or abilities
