Job Summary
Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects in commercial/industrial, education, multi-family, and/or medical/healthcare. Develop and manage project schedules; manage subcontractor performance relationships; ensure timely delivery and total quality of projects; prepare project documentation for coordination and site management; implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance programs; promote safety through the company’s safety program. Requires LEAN construction practices and LEED Green Building knowledge; ability to build relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and other trade partners; willingness to travel and take remote assignments; strong computer skills and team-oriented leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-2 years of experience as an assistant superintendent
- Understanding of LEAN construction practices
- LEED Green Building requirements
- Ability to develop relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and other trade partners
- Willingness to travel and take remote assignments
- Strong computer skills
