Job Summary
Support Superintendents with daily jobsite activities while helping deliver a great customer experience throughout the homebuilding process. Learn and follow construction processes, procedures, and quality standards by assisting with inspecting work and maintaining jobsite cleanliness and organization. Ensure quality standards are met across projects in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience supporting the build process from the ground up for a team that invests in long-term career growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or Technical Degree in Construction)
- 6 months–1 year of related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Willingness to learn
