Job Summary
As a Samet Superintendent, you will provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects, including commercial, industrial, education, multi-family, and medical/healthcare. Responsibilities include developing and managing project schedules, managing subcontractor performance relationships, ensuring the quality of projects, and implementing Quality Control/Quality Assurance programs. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, understands LEAN construction practices, and possesses strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a project superintendent
- Understanding of LEAN construction practices
- Understanding of LEED Green Building requirements
- Ability to develop relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new approaches
- Willingness to travel and take remote assignments
