Assistant Superintendent

Assist the Superintendent and/or Sr. Superintendent in coordinating and scheduling multiple construction teams, determine staffing levels and timing, ensure subcontract work meets specifications, inspect work and equipment for safety and compliance with project specs, and maintain project documentation. Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, Subcontractors, Inspectors, and Vendors to improve construction methods, supervise Field Engineers, Foremen and Craft personnel, manage daily reports and logs (including Procore-based documentation), and drive safety and quality assurance as a daily priority. Must be capable of coordinating inspections, ensuring proper material receipt and coding, and traveling to other job sites as required. Preferred Spanish communication skills and OSHA 30 certification; valid driver�s license required; supervisory responsibilities include guidance and development of team members.
