Job Summary
Interact with subcontractors and provide direction to the project team to ensure projects are completed safely and on time. Perform on-site Assistant Superintendent duties, prioritizing tasks with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Leverage multifamily construction experience, with podium and wrap project background preferred, to manage complex site operations. This role reports to the General Superintendent or Project Executive within a multifamily developer or general contractor.
