Assistant Superintendent

Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors and craft teams on construction projects, manage labor and timecards, review certifications and trainings for specialty craft roles, participate in site orientation and safety meetings, oversee on-site operations including equipment and schedule, review materials takeoffs and participate in buyout, oversee Plan of Day (POD) activities, support Project Managers on schedule development and updates, and assist with safety audits, quality control, and performance evaluations of craft workers. This role involves coordinating with equipment providers (cranes, trailers, etc.), and ensuring day-to-day field activities progress from setup through demobilization.
