Job Summary
Traveling Assistant Superintendent with 3-5 years of on-site construction management experience. Responsibilities include managing subcontractor performance, developing and tracking CPM schedules, overseeing general construction budgets and safety programs, reviewing design documents and shop drawings, preparing procurement lists, establishing QC programs, performing value-engineering, coordinating with project teams, and traveling to project sites as needed. Preference for experience with MS Project/Primavera, knowledge of building codes, and Spanish-language ability is a plus. Eligible candidates must have post-high-school education or equivalent in construction, a valid driver’s license, and must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests with random testing.
