Job Summary
Support the superintendent on commercial construction projects by managing small projects, specific trades, and production work in the field. Demonstrate problem-solving ability while assisting with site logistics, set up, demobilization, and schedule management. Lead site meetings, self-perform activities, material tracking, and pre-installation conferences. Oversee quality control inspections, compliance checks, safety, and environmental management. Maintain positive client and field relationships through daily reporting updates. Requires high school diploma, commercial project experience up to $5 million, and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and OSHA 10-Hour Certification. Located in RGV with compensation based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Demonstrate commercial project experience up to $5 million
- Competent construction plans and specifications reading skills
- Proficient reading, writing and communication skills
- Basic math and quantity take-off skills
- Basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Trade School Certification, Associates degree, or bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline
- Experience with project surveying and project layout
- Proficient with Procore and Bluebeam
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification
- LEED Accreditation
