Job Summary
Assist with daily field operations from project mobilization through closeout, coordinating subcontractors across structural, architectural, civil, and MEP scopes while monitoring progress and maintaining look-ahead plans. Promote jobsite safety by enforcing requirements and participating in daily huddles and planning sessions. Monitor work quality through inspections, testing, and documentation, and coordinate material deliveries and site logistics. Maintain daily reports, field documentation, and project records, including assisting with scope reviews, cost tracking, and timesheet administration. Support punch list completion, turnover documentation, and project closeout activities while building relationships with project teams, clients, and trade partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent construction industry experience
- Two or more years of commercial construction experience
- Understanding of construction scheduling and field operations
- Experience coordinating multiple trades in an active construction environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work safely and effectively on active construction sites
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting hyperscale data center, mission-critical, industrial, or other large-scale commercial construction projects
- Exposure to MEP-intensive construction
- Experience with Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software
- Experience assisting with quality control inspections and project documentation
