Assistant Superintendent

Support the development and maintenance of the project schedule, including Three Week Look Ahead plans, while coordinating manpower, materials, and sequencing to keep work progressing on time. Assist in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and testing to ensure efficient execution, and maintain jobsite organization through logistics planning, material deliveries, and staging. Monitor construction quality against drawings and specifications, reinforce safety standards via orientations and inspections, and track field activity through daily reports, manpower logs, and material documentation. Work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to identify issues and keep the team aligned.
