Job Summary
Oversees the operation of certificated and classified personnel in a school district, directing human resources and labor relations functions including negotiations, collective bargaining agreements, salary placement, job assignments, credential compliance, and performance evaluations. Builds district leadership capacity, communicates with district leaders to improve effectiveness, and ensures compliance with current laws and regulations to maximize educational opportunities for students.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree in Educational Administration with coursework in business administration, human resources management and/or a related field
- California Administrative Credential
- Four years increasingly responsible experience in administration at the district level
