Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations for complex high-tech construction projects while ensuring site safety and supporting continuous improvement practices. Contribute to preconstruction phases, logistics, and scheduling, then assist in reconciling Work in Progress with trade contractors to support accurate payment requisitions. Develop an understanding of the Profit Plan and project financial forecasts, while participating in Lean and Last Planner System boot camps. Collaborate with stakeholders on constructability reviews and Quality Control programs, and create weekly work plans and pre-task plans. Support execution of Environmental Health and Safety policies, review overall safety performance data, and maintain positive relationships with clients, design professionals, and subcontractors. Ensure the jobsite remains clean, organized, and safe with a required presence during all activities. Maintain project schedules and support weekly subcontractor meetings to review coordination and housekeeping. Requires 3-5+ years of site management experience on commercial or high-tech projects, proficiency in Procore or CMIC, and familiarity with P6.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of relevant site management experience on ground up commercial and/or high-tech or mission critical projects
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Visual acuity in near, mid, and far range
- Color vision
- Peripheral vision
- Depth perception
- Hand/eye coordination
- Sufficient hearing to hear conversational levels in person and over the telephone and radio
- Sufficient hearing to hear alarms on equipment
- Sufficient speech to make oneself heard in person, speak in front of groups, and be understood over the telephone and radio
- Lift/Carry up to 40lbs
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to twist
- Must be able to kneel/crouch/crawl
- Must have a presence on site during any activity
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with P6 to assist in building project schedules
- Proficient with Procore and/or CMIC
