Assistant Superintendent

Oversee daily site operations by maintaining a strong presence to coordinate subcontractor activities, manage productivity and sequencing, and ensure workmanship meets schedule, quality, and budget goals. Support field execution through work planning, logistics, and trade coordination while enforcing the Safety Program and resolving constructability issues. Track daily progress, assist with cost control and reporting, and lead commissioning and close-out efforts. This role requires a proactive leader with a four-year degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and five to ten years of experience in heavy civil or concrete construction.
