Assistant Superintendent

Direct and manage construction tasks and activities of subcontractors, craft, and labor crews. Assist in coordinating construction activities, directing field and subcontractor personnel to meet schedule and production goals, and scheduling field personnel assignments. Order materials, inspect construction work as necessary, and ensure safety and compliance with quality requirements throughout the process. Maintain an organized job site. Requires a minimum of five years of progressive responsibility on similar construction projects, including large highway, bridge, structures, paving, and utility relocation projects.
