Job Summary
Oversee daily field operations across assigned scopes, coordinating trades and crews to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards. Take ownership of specific work areas, sequence upcoming activities, and resolve challenges related to productivity and constructability. Support self-perform operations by managing manpower, monitoring resource efficiency, and providing hands-on direction to field crews. Ensure all work aligns with project drawings and Danis quality standards while documenting concerns to leadership. This hands-on role offers exposure to complex building systems on a large data center project in Austin, TX, serving as a pathway to grow into a Superintendent position.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction experience in a field-focused role (Field Engineer, Foreman, or similar)
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and field coordination
- Familiarity with layout, scheduling concepts, and jobsite operations
- Experience with tools such as BIM 360, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- A team-first mindset with strong communication skills and a willingness to take ownership
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Remain on your feet for extended periods
- Must be able to safely navigate active construction sites
- Work in a variety of weather conditions
