Job Summary
Seeking an Assistant Superintendent with 2+ years of construction experience for multi-family apartment projects to support the construction process, manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure project quality and safety.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in construction, preferably in multi-family or commercial projects
- Prior experience as an Assistant Superintendent is highly preferred
- Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
- Experience with stick frame, wood frame, metal frame, and/or steel frame construction is a plus
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
