Assistant Superintendent

Administer the project safety program and interpret contract drawings to maintain a safe work environment. Manage select self-perform and subcontractor operations covering safety, budget, schedule, and quality while assisting with daily reports, safety walks, and weekly schedule updates. Review the project schedule, critical path, and short-term plan, then participate in quality inspections, client meetings, and business development to generate leads. Develop skills to manage all aspects of a construction project. This role requires an OSHA 30 certification and reports directly to the Superintendent and General Superintendent.
