Job Summary
Join our team as an Assistant Superintendent for Commercial and Multifamily construction projects, supporting field operations, ensuring safety and quality standards. Key tasks include supervision of subcontractors, enforcing OSHA compliance, and coordinating project logistics.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of construction experience in commercial and/or multifamily projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- OSHA 30-Hour certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and job site environments
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Previous superintendent or foreman experience
- Experience with multifamily housing projects (apartments, condos, townhomes)
- Knowledge of commercial construction (office, retail, industrial)
- Familiarity with project management software (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.)
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish)
