Job Summary
Implement the safety program and maintain record-keeping requirements while supervising and mentoring the project field team. Collaborate with the Site Superintendent and Project Manager to communicate performance, productivity, and quality standards, ensuring construction complies with drawings and specifications. Monitor the project construction plan and schedule, consult on potential problems and work interferences, and liaise with stakeholders to manage contract and subcontract risks. Maintain project administration correspondence and develop strong customer-focused relationships. Requires five years of high-rise/ICI construction experience, current safety certifications, and a valid driver's license. Salary range $90,000 - $120,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary school degree or diploma in a construction related area of study
- Minimum of five (5) years of direct work experience working in high-rise / ICI construction
- Current and up to date Health & Safety certifications
- Possess a valid driver's license
- A solid understanding of construction trades and construction techniques
- Effectiveness in the areas of construction safety and productivity
- Knowledge of local, provincial, and federal workplace compliance regulations, and legislation in relation to the construction industry, specifically high-rise residential / ICI construction
- Knowledge of OH&S regulations and related building codes

- Previous experience overseeing construction worksites

- Experience working with Procore and Microsoft SharePoint
- Understand the High Standards of Quality Assurance
