Assistant Superintendent

Assist the Superintendent in managing daily field operations on luxury custom home projects from site preparation through final homeowner walkthrough. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule while monitoring construction progress and maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. Conduct daily site walks to verify work complies with plans, specifications, and company standards, and assist with material deliveries, jobsite organization, and project logistics. Help maintain project schedules, identify potential delays, and enforce OSHA and company safety policies to keep the site clean and organized. Participate in meetings with homeowners, architects, and trade partners as needed, and assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout. Complete daily reports, progress photos, and field documentation. This role offers a clear advancement path to Superintendent with direct mentorship from experienced builders on architecturally significant custom homes.
