Job Summary
Lead day-to-day construction activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive projects across the finish line on time and on budget. Provide leadership and direction for all project activities, ensure clear roles for site personnel, monitor equipment and supplies, and pitch in hands-on when needed, including night shifts. Requires 5+ years as a Superintendent on large commercial builds, proven track record managing projects valued $100K–$5M, and willingness to travel across the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and Fraser Valley. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman trade certification or equivalent field experience
- Technical diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Gold Seal certification
