Job Summary
Assistant Superintendent needed to coordinate daily operational objectives, timelines and goals on construction projects. Responsibilities include assisting with on-site safety per OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan, developing and managing project schedules using Excel and MS Project, scheduling and coordinating subcontractors to ensure contractual performance, helping implement project procedures and management tools, and interfacing with owners, subcontractors and architects. Requires daily communication with project teammates; knowledge of MS Office (including Excel and Project) and preferably Procore; strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to lift/move materials up to 40lbs; may involve limited travel. Located in Schaumburg, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a construction-related college degree is preferred
