Job Summary
Support the Site Superintendent on an ongoing institutional project with a finishing focus (TI-style work on a new build). Lead finishing trades and in-house carpenters and labourers, tackle deficiencies, coordinate activities, and drive timely completion of finishing scopes. Requires previous supervision experience on commercial TI or new-build projects, strong communication, and ability to start on short notice. 3-month term with prorated salary range of $95,000–$115,000 and 4% vacation pay. Location: Langley, British Columbia.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Foreman/Forewoman on commercial TI or new build projects
- Motivated to own your scopes
- Strong communication skills
- Able to start on short notice
