Job Summary
Coordinate trades and daily site activities while supporting construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics. Review drawings to resolve site issues and monitor progress, quality, and safety during the delivery of a major concrete high-rise residential project. Participate in site and trade meetings to take increasing ownership of project areas. This role offers a path to progress into Site Superintendent positions within an established developer-builder on a landmark Atlantic Canada development.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of site-based construction experience in Halifax
- Experience with a General Contractor or Developer on new-build projects
- Background as an Assistant Superintendent, Site Coordinator, Site Engineer, Foreman or similar
- Experience on multi-storey residential, high-rise, mixed-use or large commercial construction
- Strong understanding of trade coordination, drawings and construction sequencing
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ambition to progress your career
Desired Qualifications
- Procore, Bluebeam or similar construction software experience
