Assistant Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness overseeing sales processes, member experience, staff training and onboarding, front desk operations, and studio communications; ensures daily production, coaches Sales Associates to meet membership sales metrics, manages events and outreach, and maintains high customer service levels while supporting the Studio Manager and leading by example in a fitness-focused environment.

- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work and function in a team environment

- Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals
- Previous management experience in the health & fitness industry strongly preferred
