Job Summary
Prepare materials and projects for classes, camps, workshops, and special events while organizing and maintaining studio supplies and inventory. Restock classrooms, receive deliveries, and monitor supply levels to ensure instructors have everything needed. Complete miscellaneous operational tasks, assist with opening and closing procedures, and support the Studio Manager with administrative duties and scheduling. Occasionally assist during events when extra hands are required and maintain a clean, safe environment. Adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting, solve problems as they arise, and take accurate notes on schedules and instructions.
