Assist Studio Manager and Head Coach in daily operations, drive the studio’s membership sales goals, oversee sales staff and onboarding, coordinate events and marketing activities, ensure excellent customer service, and cultivate a high-performing team to grow the Orangetheory Fitness studio’s member base in a fast-paced environment. Emphasizes staff development, lead generation, sales training, client relationships, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher
- 2 years of experience in a sales quota environment
