Job Summary
Assist Studio Manager in executing annual marketing plans for social media, digital/print marketing, and community events while driving the membership sales function through lead generation and outreach initiatives. Lead and mentor staff, manage operational procedures, ensure member check-in and payment handling processes, maintain client engagement and retention, grow membership base, and support studio branding in alignment with company guidelines. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals, foster partnerships with local businesses and community groups, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry
- Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization (preferred)
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organizational, and written skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive environment for staff and clients
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with Studio Owner, Studio Manager, Trainers, and clients
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Computer proficiency with GSuite programs, MindBody Business, and various media platforms
