Job Summary

Manage studio daily operations by fostering community culture, resolving conflicts, and ensuring exceptional hospitality for riders and staff. Develop and maintain operational schedules, create checklists for facility maintenance, and support the Studio Manager in executing business plans to exceed ridership and retail goals. Proactively identify process improvements, manage change within the team, and prioritize deadlines while working flexible hours including weekends and peak holiday shifts.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have superior customer service and hospitality skills
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadline
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients, and management
  • Must be able to work flexible/non-traditional hours including weekends
  • All employees are expected to be available to work peak holiday shifts
  • Must have a legal right to work in the United States
  • Personal passion for fitness and/or the SoulCycle brand is required

  • Must be able to work alongside the retail team to identify opportunities to grow your studio's retail business
